My first New York brunch was at a spot that was on my to-visit list for a while, The Butcher’s Daughter. Good thing my friend Anna-Belle had the same idea. Right in the middle of Nolita, we had the perfect sunny brunch whilst amusing ourselves with some people watching. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a brunch bar with so many people in work-out clothes, a real New York sight. The Butcher’s Daughter introduced me to eggs benedict was has launched my new brunch obsession. Not such a healty choice, but The Butcher’s Daughter has so much more to offer. Fresh juices, great salads, granolas, etc. They love to use seasonal ingredients and all other things good for you. You can also pick up your stash of superfoods in the store next door. Definitely check it out!
