It is time for a first on the blog as I have never written about a hotspot that I haven’t actually discovered and tested myself. When I came across photos Rocket Coffee Bar I thought it was going to be in San Francisco, Sydney, New York or Melbourne. To my surprise this new breakfast and brunch spot is situated in the Sathorn area, Bangkok. Of course when you travel to Asia you partly go for the amazing Asian food. And don’t worry you’ll find plenty of really good Thai food options all over town. When I was visiting Bangkok however I missed breakfast options, often skipping breakfast until I could find a lunch spot (jetlag might have had something to do with it). Rocket Coffee Bar offers a more western kitchen with a lot of scandinavian influences. This link to Scandinavia and Europe comes from the owners that have started several succesful businesses around Bangkok. On thing is for sure though, I’m definitely putting this spot on my to-go list for my next visit to Bangkok.
