Mekong

Location: , 1 min read

My first look at the Mekong river was pretty special. Since the Mekong is one of the most important rivers in South-East Asia, it sometimes seems that everything revolves around this source of life. I wanted to show you this very basic (and somewhat muddy) outfit because traveling with a fashionable travel wardrobe is not only about the beauty of clothes. The practical might be more important, however, practical can also be nice to look at. This simple stripe top was the only long sleeved shirt I brought and after a couple of months it has been completely worn out. It served me pretty well though in countries where you have to cover up (like India and the Maldives) or when it got a bit colder (like northern Laos and Vietnam). What’s your favorite travel iece?
